Taurus - this bull in the sky can be easily found in the southeast at around 21:30. Look for the distinctive "V" shape that forms the head of Taurus. The red/orange star at the top left of the "V" is the dying star Aldebaran and is the eye of the bull.

Aldebaran is a red giant star, which will end its life in a Supernovae explosion.
